Shipping policy

We currently offer free shipping within New Zealand.

For international orders, shipping is charged at 5 NZD for single orders and is free for orders with a merchandise total of 50 NZD or more.

International delivery destinations currently include Australia, Canada, Ireland, the United Kingdom, the United States, and selected other countries available at checkout.

Estimated delivery time is 9-15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, customs processing, and periods of high order volume.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the parcel.
