Warranty & care
Luckora jewellery is made to be worn often and cared for gently. This page explains what is covered by our warranty and how to keep your pieces looking their best.
3-year warranty
Every Luckora piece comes with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing faults in materials or workmanship under normal wear. If your piece has a covered fault, we will assess it and offer the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or another solution depending on the item and issue.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, misuse, neglect, improper storage, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, water, pools, spas, or cleaning products, or damage caused by repairs or adjustments made by someone other than Luckora.
Plating, finishes, stones, pearls, and delicate details can naturally change with wear and care habits. These changes are not usually considered manufacturing faults.
How to make a warranty claim
Email hello@qibi.co.nz with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the piece. Please do not send any item back until we have replied with next steps.
If we need to inspect the item in person, we will let you know how to return it safely.
Care advice
Jewellery lasts longer when it is the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. Remove your pieces before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, cleaning, or applying perfume, sunscreen, lotion, or hair products.
After wearing, gently wipe your jewellery with a soft dry cloth and store it separately in a pouch, box, or lined jewellery tray. Keeping pieces apart helps avoid scratches, tangling, and unnecessary rubbing.
Cleaning
Use a soft dry cloth for regular cleaning. Avoid harsh polishing cloths, abrasive cleaners, alcohol, ultrasonic cleaners, and jewellery dips unless we have specifically recommended them for that piece.
Your consumer rights
This warranty is offered in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and other applicable consumer laws. Nothing in this warranty limits any remedy you may be entitled to by law.
