Luckora is based in Auckland, New Zealand. Orders are usually dispatched from Auckland within 2 business days.

Standard delivery is $5.

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $55. For orders under $55, the shipping rate shown at checkout will apply.

Delivery time depends on your address and the carrier network. Once your order has been sent, you will receive tracking details where tracking is available.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, public holidays, carrier delays, address issues, and other events outside our control may affect timing.

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
