Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@qibi.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Certain items may not be eligible for return where this is clearly stated on the product page or where the item has been used, damaged after delivery, or returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take time for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
